Integrating Grounded Network of Interaction through Togetherness and Empowerment
CBM IGNITE aims to promote the unique strengths and values of student-leaders and aspirants, as well as culturize student body interactivity and inclusivity as we nurture the goals of the CBM Institution which are to innovate, collaborate, and establish shared expertise.
Initiatives under this platform focus on sensitivity training such as peer-to-peer support, mentorship programs, and a leadership congress wherein CBM’s aspiring leaders are encouraged to instill social sensitivity, collaboration, and empowerment.
This may serve as a channel for potential leaders to be given equal opportunities in gaining leadership experience and upholding competency as a Taga-West and future business practitioners.
